Sign up to the Serviced Accommodation Occupancy Survey

The monthly Serviced Accommodation Occupancy Survey monitors occupancy levels within the South West, enabling you, the tourism business, to benchmark your performance against the average for establishments within your location, size band, type, rating and more.

Whilst providing you with valuable information, your data will help us to monitor business levels in the region, which is more essential than ever in the current climate.

The process is quick and easy, with the data entered by you directly on-line.

 

Sign up to access:

  • Monthly occupancy results for the region alongside your own figures.  
  • Your individual results on your web profile online.
    (Note: your data will be available as soon as you have entered it. Your comparative results will be available once all data from participating establishments has been entered and aggregated to create the county and regional occupancy rates)
  • The ability to compare your occupancy rates with those establishments in your peer group, for example, establishments within your size band, or your location, or within your rating band.
