Contracts and policies of employment, are yours working as hard as you are?

As part of the Tozers Spring Employment Seminars 2010, this seminar focusses on the basic building block of the employer/employee relationship - the contract of employment sitting side by side with the company handbook. Get these documents right and many problems can be avoided - or at least dealt with in a way which supports rather than undermines the business. Getting them wrong can have a disproportionately detrimental effect.

This seminar will look at the range of useful clauses ranging from confidentiality and restrictive covenants to deductions and pay in lieu which you could or should include in your contracts, and explores the relationship with policies and procedures in the handbook and how the two interact.
