Six months after it was introduced, has the ACAS code of practice made life easier for hard pressed HR managers, or just added complexity and uncertainty?
Tozers' autumn seminars will look at the effect the code is having on handling the most common types of workplace problems such as disciplinary, capability, and re-organisation. If you are confused by the code then this seminar is one not to miss.
They look at procedures in respect of misconduct and poor performance and give you some practical tips and guidance on the steps to follow to help you better manage these situations - all with the new code firmly in mind.
Tozers' recent seminars have featured video clips of common scenarios. The positive reception they have received (not necessarily of the thespian talent!) means members of their employment team will once again get into character and let moving pictures speak a thousand words.
The morning seminars will be held at:
The day starts with coffee at 9.15am and the seminar will begin at 9.30am. The morning will end with lunch at 12.30pm and there will be ample opportunity to ask your own individual questions.
