Lightbulb Masterclasses from the Tourism Skills Network

The Tourism Skills Network South West is delighted to launch new Lightbulb Masterclasses.  Building on the success of the Tourism and Hospitality Executive Programme, the Lightbulb Masterclasses have been developed to include not one, but two keynote speakers in a half-day event.  These short, intensive shots of inspiration are designed to stimulate ideas for you to take back to your business and action.

Discover the valuable experiences of our guest speakers as they explain how their business focussed approach enabled them to reach the height of their profession.

The series of 4 Lightbulb Masterclasses  begins on 16th September 2009 with "Leadership in Challenging Times".  This first Lightbulb Masterclass provides insights on leadership from two very different perspectives.  Our speakers for this first event are Baroness Eliza Manningham- Buller DCB who headed MI5 from 2002 to 2007 and Dr Javier Bajer a cognitive psychologist and a foremost specialist in Leadership Performance.

A single Lightbulb Masterclass is £75.00 per person, but book by 15th September to take advantage of our great offer to attend all 4 Lightbulb Masterclasses for £200.00 per person, a saving of £100.00 per person.

The full list of Lightbulb Masterclasses is as follows:
  • Leadership in Challenging Times on 16th September 2009 at Sandy Park, Exeter
  • Creating a Service Excellence Reputation on 4th November 2009 at Leigh Court, Bristol
  • Performance Management for Success on 20th January 2010 at  Leigh Court, Bristol
